Is the delivery charge separate for delivery and pick/up?
No, the delivery charge is for both delivery and pick-up.

What color linens can I get?
Most solid colors are available in most sizes, with enough notice.

What are your showroom hours?
Showroom hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed most major holidays. If you have booked an event with us, and are experiencing an emergency, you can page us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery crew usually starts at 7am Monday through Friday. All orders are normally complete by 4:30pm, but sometimes delays are possible.

Can you deliver or pick-up any time besides Monday through Friday 7am - 4:30pm?
Yes we can for an additional charge. The charge will vary according to the size and location of the order.

Can I specify my delivery time?
No. We do, however, allow you to specify A.M., or P.M. delivery or pickup, depending of the size of the order.

What size tents/canopies do you have?
Our tent/canopy sizes range between 10x10 to 100x270 in stock.

Do you have colored canopies?
Yes, we have a variety of blue/white, red/white, and yellow/white canopies in various sizes. We also have clear canopies available in certain sizes.

Why must certain items be delivered?
For several reasons. First some are very heavy and bulky. Second, certain items require assembly. Third, to ensure the quality of the products. Some do not transport our equipment with the same respect that our delivery persons.

How big are your delivery trucks?
They range in size from pick-up trucks to 24 ft. crew cab box trucks, 13 ft. in height. Please let us know before delivery if this is a problem.

What do I need to place an order?
We require 50% of the total to reserve the items. The balance is due one week prior to delivery along with any changes. Linens however must be confirmed 1 ½ weeks prior to delivery.

Do I need to clean the dishes?
No, but they must be rinsed to avoid additional charges.

Is there tax on the order?
No, all items are tax free.

What times can I pick up or return my order?
Any time between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What size tent do I need for my party?
For seating only (no tables), 7 sq.ft. per person is allowable. For sit down, the range can be from 10 to 20 sq. ft. per person. Dance floors, catering equipment, DJ area, etc., will effect the size needed.
