Once a year, the Central Coast’s best in weddings and events gather under one roof to celebrate each other—and the people behind the magic. The Central Coast Wedding Industry Awards (CCWIA): The Rings is more than just an awards show. It’s a night built to recognize excellence, foster connection, and uplift an industry that thrives on collaboration and creativity.
Held at the historic Paso Robles Inn, this year’s event featured refined styling, dramatic entertainment, and over 100 of the region’s top vendors coming together to shine a light on the work we often do behind the scenes.
A Legacy of Community
The Rings was founded by industry leaders who believed that event professionals deserved a night of their own—a time to be recognized, seen, and supported. Among those founders is our own Thomas Friedman, owner of Got You Cover’d Tents and Events, whose commitment to this community continues to be a driving force in its growth.
This event was born out of the belief that honoring each other matters. And that when we come together as professionals, we elevate everyone.
Elevated Design, Just for Us
The details were designed with the industry in mind—people who notice the small things, and who care about the overall feel just as much as the logistics. The guest tables featured our Gold Monte Carlo Flatware and Gold-Rimmed Chargers, layered with linens from Bella Couture Linen and lush florals from Flowers by Kim.
Victoria Glassware added a vintage touch to each place setting with its cut detailing and weight, while Cut Crystal Wine Glasses and a towering display of Champagne Coupes gave the evening a dose of sparkle and celebration.
From the flatware to the florals, the design was elegant and intentional without trying too hard. Everything felt elevated—because it was created by the very people who set the standard.
What Made It Unforgettable
Live painting, a harpist, aerial performers, and specialty desserts were just the beginning. There were stories, speeches, and real community energy. A moment of recognition for a team, a business, a peer—it was all received with gratitude and genuine connection.
The champagne tower was a favorite of the night. Glasses were stacked and poured, toasts were made, and the vibe was one of collective celebration.
This is the kind of night our industry deserves. And it’s one we’re proud to help create.
