Start by curating your dream setup using our online Wishlist. This is your time to explore inventory, play with options, and schedule a visit to our showroom to see pieces in person. For tents, we recommend a complimentary site check with our Tent Specialists to ensure everything fits just right.
Step Two
Visualize and Meet
Once your Wishlist is in motion, it’s time to bring the details to life. Schedule a design mock-up appointment to test tableware combinations, linens, and place settings—or meet with our Tent Specialists for a site check to make sure everything fits just right. This collaborative stage helps refine your choices before locking in your final quote.
Step Three
Confirm your Quote
Happy with your selections? Let’s make it official. With just an online signature and deposit, your rental order is confirmed and reserved. Need to make adjustments? No problem—we offer ongoing support and follow-up appointments to accommodate any changes along the way.
Step Four
Finalize Your Order
Two weeks before your event, we’ll reconnect to confirm final quantities, details, and payment. Whether you're planning delivery or in-store pick-up, this final check ensures everything is perfectly prepared and on track for your big day.

Your day has arrived—and we’ve got you covered. We’ll ensure your rentals arrive exactly where and when you need them. After the celebration, we’d love to hear how it all turned out—your feedback helps us grow and makes future events even better.
