Clear Structure, Curated Details, and a Look That’s Unmatched

Nicoletta and Manoli’s Paso Robles wedding brought structure and style together in a way we don’t see often. At the center of it all stood our 15m x 40m clear Arcum tent. Clean lines, full transparency, and an undeniable wow factor. This was the kind of setup that stopped people in their tracks before the event even began.

Inside, a custom blend of high-end rentals gave the space warmth and purpose. This wasn’t just a reception—it was a build.

The Tent That Set the Tone

Our Arcum Structure created the foundation for the entire design. Spanning 132 feet of clear coverage, it delivered a wide-open feel with full protection and sky views. Crystal chandeliers brought the ceiling to life while the checkered dance floor consisted of New England plank and White, defined the space from the ground up. Every corner had intent. Every angle was stunning.

Seating That Made a Statement

This wasn’t your average row of matching chairs. Guests were welcomed into a reception space that mixed texture, finish, and form. Madeline Crossback chairs brought that timeless vineyard charm, while Vintage French chairs elevated the head table with softness and shape. Every seat looked as good as it felt and the balance between the two created a floor plan that felt custom without trying too hard.

Tablescapes with a Point of View

The tabletop design was clean, warm, and considered. Contessa Dinnerware laid the groundwork with organic lines and muted tones. Clear Heritage Goblets were paired with Madison Wine Glasses for a blend of transparency and contrast. Combined with candlelight and florals, the final effect was polished but approachable.

Outside, market umbrellas shaded cocktail hour while still keeping the visual tone consistent with what guests would walk into later. Even the transitions were curated.

The Build, the Look, the Team

This wedding didn’t rely on the setting to shine. It was built with intention from the ground up—literally. From the structure to the seating and the thoughtful tabletop layers in between, it was clear that this wasn’t just about looking good. It was about creating an experience guests would feel the moment they stepped in.
